Pet Blessing

The pet blessing is a time of year when everyone at Holy Family is fired up to bring their pets, get blessed, and to share them with others. In the past, there have been dogs, cats, birds etc. This year we got to celebrate with Fr. Joshua and Fr. Kevin. We are fortunate because at Holy Family Elementary, we get to gather around and have priests bless our pets. Every year is different and exciting because more and more new students bring different animals. If you don’t have a pet, or you have one and you aren’t allowed to bring it, stuffed animals are always an option. This year with the help of our parents, teachers, and staff, we had a spectacular pet blessing! In the following years, we hope to see you there with more stuffed and real pets!
