Title: HFE’S Artistic Kids

Last week Holy Family had the opportunity to participate in a Knights of Columbus religious vocation poster contest, and of course we weren’t going to let that go by. Second through sixth grade participated in it. They made beautiful and colorful posters that caught everyone’s attention.

The judges had one of the hardest decisions to make in their lives. They were only allowed to pick 3 from each grade. The lucky artists that will be going on to state competition are: Brandon Karlin, Samantha Wick and Allison Applequist from second grade HFE. Sara Rohleder, Courtney Malleker and Madyson Flax from third grade Immaculate Heart of Mary CCD.

Laura Krug, Christal Araiza, and Janeth Cano from six grade at Holy Family Elementary. Melissa Pfeifer and Kelsie Dewitt were honorable mention in six grade at Holy Family Elementary.

 To HFE, this was a great opportunity to show how talented we are and how much we encourage religious vocations.
