Famous Figures

This year, as every year, the fifth graders of Holy Family wrote a report on a famous person. Then some of them performed Friday morning at the Little Theatre for the school to watch.

Here are the spectacular contestants: Heather Befort performed as Cleopatra, Maci Gerhart was Rachel Ray, Mark Loftus preformed as Jackie Chan, Matthew Moeder acted as John Muir, Gabrielle Chittenden performed as Ray Charles, Madyson Koerner played as Anne Frank, Morgan Choitz was Carol Burnett, Joseph Whitmer portrayed Steve Irwin, Trevor Pfeifer did Franz Harary, Taryn Rupp played Liz Claieorne, Hayden Lowe acted as James Naismith, Bridget Heimann performed as Carrie Nation, and Taylor Regier acted as Grace Kelly.

The judges were Mrs. Schrant, Mrs. Chris Dinkel, and Travis Grizzel from TMP. They chose Bridget Hiemann , Mark Loftous, Morgan Choitz, and Madi Koerner. They will perform at the 12th street auditorium with the other finalists from the public schools.

Every one had a great time at the famous figures! The performers were great and we learned a lot, too. Good luck to the HFE winners on May 6th!
