The Hoedown/Throwdown

On Monday, Oct. 25th, Mrs. Bieker and some helpers taught us the moves to the electric slide. You could tell everyone enjoyed it because they were smiling and laughing as they did the dances. The most fun dance was the chicken dance because it was fun acting like a chicken.

Mrs. Kim Simon danced with her husband. It was very cool seeing them dance together. They spun around and had a lot of fun with each other. The song was, “Life is a Highway.” Some of the students also danced to this song.

I was able to do the air guitar and really enjoyed it.

We had this hoedown to celebrate Red Ribbon Week. What a fun and happy to end the day and celebrate Western Day.
