HOLY FAMILY ELEMENTARY ENROLLMENT
We are changing things up this summer! Enrollment will be simplified and almost fully offered online for 23-24!
Be sure to complete the online Enrollment Form which is now taking place of all physical papers and shuffling between tables! The online form is HERE and needs completed separately per child that will attend HFE!
Be sure to sign up for your brief 10-minute time slot HERE AT THE LINK on the sign-up page so that you are scheduled to come finalize your family's enrollment in the school office. Dates available are Tuesday, August 1 - Thursday, August 3. **We cannot enroll anyone before these dates!!
When you finalize enrollment, you'll make payment or fee arrangements, and turn in anything extra that you needed!
We will have student class lists posted as usual
We will have a few handy flyers available to take home
We will have chairs outside the school office if you arrive early so that the 2 parents enrolling every 10 minutes have as much privacy as possible -- please be ON TIME so that we can keep everyone on schedule and get you back to your work/commitments on time!

PAYMENTS
Don't forget that if you set up a payment plan with the bookkeeper, you can sign up to have your payment AUTOMATICALLY withdrawn from your checking account each month -- save yourself from the checks, extra papers, and the hassle!
We have EXCITING new things in store for LUNCH PAYMENTS! We are currently digging in and preparing for a new online payment program for this! We can't wait to share more about this later this summer!

4.) Kansas Dept. of Health Medical Record Packet (must be signed by your physician in this current year 2023 by end of September)
5.) Statement of Immunizations Form
*For incoming preschoolers, be sure to return any additional paperwork from your preschool packet from preschool parent info night!
*New families & incoming preschoolers, also please don’t forget:
A copy of your child’s birth certificate
A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate
A copy of your child’s most recent immunizations from their physician
