HOLY FAMILY ELEMENTARY ENROLLMENT

Enrollment has been simplified and will mostly be online!

1. Please be sure to complete the online Enrollment Form which is now taking place of all physical papers! The online for Summer 2024 will be posted HERE this summer!
   

2. Be sure to sign up for your brief 10-minute time slot for finalizing your family's enrollment in the school office/making payment! We will include the sign-up link here this summer! Dates are to be determined for 2024!
   

   1. When you finalize enrollment, you'll make payment or fee arrangements, and turn in anything extra that you needed!

      1. Preschoolers still require the physical preschool paper packet -- this is what builds their school file!

   2. We will have student class lists posted as usual

   3. We will have a few handy flyers available to take home

   4. We will have chairs outside the school office if you arrive early so that the 2 parents enrolling every 10 minutes have as much privacy as possible!

PAYMENTS & LUNCH MONEY

• Don't forget that if you set up a payment plan with the bookkeeper, you can sign up to have your payment AUTOMATICALLY withdrawn from your checking account each month -- save yourself from the checks, extra papers, and the hassle!
  

• We now use EZ Pay's website for lunch deposits and tracking meals and balances! You will receive more information about how to log in and activate your account if you are a new parent this next school year!

• An online store will be put together from Gone Logo to order Spirit Shirts and Preschool Shirts, we will include that here when it's ready Summer 2024!

The following paperwork IS NOT needed unless your child is entering Preschool or is NEW to our school!

*For incoming preschoolers, be sure to return any additional paperwork from your preschool packet from preschool parent info night!

*New families & incoming preschoolers, also please don’t forget:

1. A copy of your child’s birth certificate

2. A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate

3. A copy of your child’s most recent immunizations from their physician
