Sign-up and enrollment form links will be active on July 17!
Complete the online enrollment form, which takes place of all physical forms. This form will be posted here and in the parent newsletters.
Sign up for a brief in-person time slot to finalize your family's enrollment at the school office here.
When you finalize enrollment on August 5-6, you'll make payment or set up a payment plan. Additional papers may be turned in at this time (i.e. new student paperwork, medication forms, walker permission forms, etc.).
*Financial assistance will already be calculated and taken off your school fees by this date if you applied in the summer as required. Enrollment fees can be broken into a monthly payment plan or a quarterly payment plan.Don't Forget!
Preschoolers still require the physical preschool paperwork packet, which is what builds their school file.
New students will require the physical new student forms so that we can build their school file.
We will have student class lists available.
We will have a few important updated flyers to take home -- please read these and don't toss them, we do have new policies for 25-26.
We will have chairs outside the school office if you arrive early so that the parents enrolling have as much privacy as possible!
SCHOOL FEES & ASSISTANCE
The fee assistance application process has changed this summer. Families who make a total gross family income under $125,000 could qualify for discounts. To apply, please email the top copy of your federal tax return showing your family gross income to Tom Meagher in the TMP-M business office at: meaghert@tmpmarian.org
This is due to Tom by June 30!! You will be notified by email if your family qualifies for discounted fees.
Don't forget that if you set up a payment plan with the bookkeeper, you can sign up to have your payment AUTOMATICALLY withdrawn from your checking account each month (called ACH) -- save yourself from the checks, extra papers, and the hassle! Payments are broken up into a total of 9 installments if you decide to set up a payment plan. You may also pay quarterly or per semester.
You must complete the ACH form every summer if you want to continue having payments automatically withdrawn, even if you completed it last year. Please find the form LINKED HERE and turn it in at enrollment with a voided check.
Scholarship opportunities are available through the Salina Diocese for all students entering grades Kindergarten, as well as any new students in grades 1st-5th. If you think your family may qualify, but aren't sure, we strongly encourage you to complete this brief application linked below. Spirit shirt and preschool shirt orders are due by Monday, August 4th and this is the LAST CHANCE to order these two uniform items -- Gone Logo does NOT keep extras of these in-store, please order extras and plan ahead for growth spurts, rips/stains, cold weather!
To order the white polos, navy bottoms and uniform pieces, you can attend the Uniform Sale on Wed, July 17 to grab used uniform pieces for $5.00 each, or to order through SchoolBelles. If you can't make it to the uniform sale, Gone Logo in Hays is open weekdays and they carry ALL school uniform pieces year-round. You can bring your child with you to try on pieces Monday-Friday between 9:00-5:00.SCHOOL LUNCHES

The following paperwork IS NOT needed unless your child is entering Preschool or is NEW to our school!
(Incoming new parents would have already received these at the Spring new parent night -- they are available here if you did not attend this or registered over the summer!)
4. Kansas Dept. of Health Medical Record Packet (must be signed by your physician in the current year 2025 by the end of September)
5. Statement of Immunizations Form
*Incoming preschoolers...return any additional paperwork from your preschool packet from preschool parent information night!
*New families & incoming preschoolers must also provide...
A copy of your child’s birth certificate
A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate
A copy of your child’s most recent immunizations from their physician
