ENROLLMENT INFORMATION 2025-2026

Tuesday, August 5th & Wednesday, August 6th, 2025

  1. Complete the ONLINE Enrollment Form, which is taking the place of all physical papers! The enrollment form for 2025-2026 will be posted this summer here!


  2. Sign up for a brief in-person time slot to finalize your family's enrollment at the school office.


  3. When you finalize enrollment on August 5th or 6th, you'll make payment or fee arrangements. Additional items may be turned in at this time. If you need financial assistance, you will need to bring the top copy of your tax return (showing your gross earnings) so that Karla can use the new fee assistance online calculator to see how much can be shaved off of your totals.

    Also, don't forget:

    1. Preschoolers still require the physical preschool paperwork packet, which is what builds their school file.

    2. We will have student class lists posted.

    3. We will have a few handy flyers available to take home.

    4. We will have chairs outside the school office if you arrive early, so that the two parents enrolling every seven minutes have as much privacy as possible!

    PAYMENT PLANS

  • Don't forget that if you set up a payment plan with the bookkeeper, you can sign up to have your payment AUTOMATICALLY withdrawn from your checking account each month -- save yourself from the checks, extra papers, and the hassle! Payments are broken up into a total of 9 installments if you decide to set up a payment plan. You may also pay quarterly or per semester.

  • You must complete the ACH form every summer if you want to continue having payments automatically withdrawn, even if you completed it last year!! Please find the form linked here and turn it in at enrollment with a voided check!

  • Scholarship opportunities are available through the Salina Diocese for all students entering grades Kindergarten, as well as new students in grades 1st-5th if your family qualifies for Free & Reduced Meals! If you think your family may qualify, but aren't sure, we strongly encourage you to complete this brief Application linked below! If you qualify, you will receive financial assistance toward your child's student enrollment fees!

  • We now use EZ Pay's website for lunch deposits and tracking meals and balances! You will receive more information about how to log in and activate your account if you are a new parent this next school year!

  • To apply for FREE & REDUCED MEALS directly online, follow the link below -- you won't need to fill out the papers anymore if you apply at this link! You will be notified of your family's status after your application is processed! (link posted this summer)

*Incoming preschoolers...return any additional paperwork from your preschool packet from preschool parent information night!

*New families & incoming preschoolers must also provide...

  1. A copy of your child’s birth certificate

  2. A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate

  3. A copy of your child’s most recent immunizations from their physician
