Save the Date for the annual Holy Family Elementary Chili Supper & Bazaar on Sunday, January 26, 2025! This is one of our biggest fundraisers/events of the school year!!
Silent Auction Volunteers Needed! -- If you’re unable to attend the Chili Supper and still need to fulfill your commitment to volunteer, we have an opportunity for you! We’re looking for volunteers to help solicit donations from local businesses this year. We learned quickly that contacting business decision-makers Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm was much more successful than the after hours and weekends that we were available. Raffle and Auction Prizes -- Please keep the HFE Chili Supper Raffle and Silent Auction in mind as you do your pre-and-post Thanksgiving shopping! We will need prizes for all ages so please prayerfully consider what your family or business would like to donate. Black Friday Sales are great opportunities; from toys to electronics, appliances to cash, and everything in between- your donation will be greatly appreciated!
For the General Raffle, we are seeking prizes for both children and adults with a retail value of $100 or more. For the Friends of HFE Raffle, we are seeking prizes valued at $500 or more. Monetary donations to be used for cash prizes will also be gratefully accepted. Raffle donations are not needed in hand until January but need to be pledged by Thanksgiving Break to finalize the prize list for the printers. We reached just over $53,000 on Wednesday for our Cajetan Cash Fall Fundraiser!! We still have quite a ways to go to reach closer to our school goal! This is one of our "BIG 3" fundraisers for the school! We're EXTENDING our ticket sales through the weekend in hopes of raising more funds for HFE! All funds raised in this fundraiser go straight back into our school's operating account and keep us up and running! Holy Family students and families are invited to attend the TMP-M homecoming festivities each fall! The homecoming parade and football game are a great way to get the students involved in this special weekend! Come out to the bonfire tonight and your kiddos can receive autographs from the TMP athletes and meet the Homecoming candidates! There will be food trucks (Snow Cone Express and El Primo Burgers) at the bonfire! Our 5th graders get to be in the parade on Friday evening on Main Street! Get together with other families and friends to cheer on the Monarchs at the big game Friday night! God Bless and Go Monarchs!!!
Our Cajetan Cash committee has totaled up sales so far for our big fall fundraiser, and so far we are only at $35,000, so we are in need of a BIG PUSH in ticket sales!! Our goal for this fundraiser is $80,000!!! PARENTS -- if each student at Holy Family (preschool-5th grade) sold 15 more tickets over the next week, we'd hit this goal!!

Tonight is our All Parent Information Night at 7:00 p.m. starting in the IHM Church Basement! Since all of our school chairs are over at the church, we are unable to do this in our gym like we normally would. This mandatory meeting is for parents of all grades PK3-5th. At this meeting, you will be stopping by each of your children's homerooms to receive important information from your child's teachers! One parent would be able to catch two homerooms total -- if you have more than two children attending HFE, you would need to bring the other parent along! We look forward to seeing you tonight!!
We can't wait to have the students back in our building officially for the first day of school tomorrow! Tomorrow will be a half day, so students in Kindergarten-5th grade will only attend from 7:55-11:00 a.m. On Wednesday, we'll have our first full day, and the first day of Preschool/KinderPrep! The PK-3 Half-Day students will join us next Monday! We're looking forward to a great new school year!!
The HFE Teacher Meet & Greet is this evening from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. on a come-and-go basis! Students will bring their school supplies to their new classroom and meet their new teacher! The faculty & staff will be in inservice today, so we will not be able to open the school doors until 4:00 pm! PK4 parents, if possible, Ms. Cheryl would love if the half-day students could stop by between 4:00-4:40 p.m. and the full-day students could stop by between 4:50-5:30 p.m. as she has a fun, brief activity for her students! We can't wait to see the students back in our building this evening!!
